Hampton Inn by Hilton Guadalajara/Expo

Great hotel to stay for the weekend. They offer free breakfast in the morning that is exceptional. Their juices are very good like Maracuya !!! Also their parking garage is private and feels very safe And plenty of parking. They’re cleaning services are super great and they seem to really be generous when it comes to cleaning the rooms because they make sure to ask if we need it or not which is super nice. They have a small gym but is enough for a quick workout if needed. Overall I am pleased to have stayed here after coming here at 3am after we left our first hotel at a mutuo vive down the street from here that was absolutely disgusting. Thanks Hilton!

Great service at the front desk, especially Dani, the staff overall is great. The rooms comfortable, breakfast buffet is very good, airport shuttle was convenient. Helpful tip, stay on the side that does not face the highway, there is a lot of traffic noise.

What an outstanding service!! Maya was very nice and helpful the complementary breakfast was delicious !!!!!!!! highly recommended! After having a horrible experience at Hampton by the Guadalajara airport Where we have been staying for years They decided to stay at a new location and what is the best decision ever will never stay at the other one again !

Finally a Hampton hotel that lives up to the hype, stayed in a few and they have always have fallen short. The installations are of good quality the staff is top notch and make the hotel what it is, especially the night receptionist at the front desk I didn’t catch the young man’s name but was extremely polite, professional and all around pleasure to talk to. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Guadalajara. Also the staff at breakfast was extremely polite and courteous and made the experience that much enjoyable.

This hotel is suitable for business travelers without big ambitions. Clean, simple and without frills. Standard rooms. Air conditioners are built into the windows, not suitable for people with noise-sensitive sleep. Breakfast is modest, with Mexican cuisine. There is a separate area for work with desktop computers and desks for work. The staff is friendly. The elevator is not suitable for people with fears, very narrow and noisy.

A very solid, clean, and quiet Hampton Inn located just minutes from everything in Guadalajara. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a breeze, and I was acknowledged for my Hilton Diamond status, receiving two small water bottles. However, unlike other Hampton Inns in Mexico, there were no snacks offered, which was a small but noticeable detail. My room was on the fifth floor and very quiet, with two clean and comfortable double beds. The bedding and pillows provided a good night’s sleep, and the AC was quiet enough—great news for a light sleeper like me. The breakfast was decent, nothing special, and in line with what I usually expect from Hampton Inns in Mexico. Service was generally good, except for one night when I arrived late and found the door locked. The staff member at the front desk was a bit rude and unhelpful in explaining how to unlock the door, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that small hiccup, I appreciated the friendly staff and the overall hotel experience. A great option for a comfortable stay in Guadalajara!

Great hotel to stay in. It's very well maintained. The staff is super friendly. They have a wonderful breakfast with many options. Every morning there is a different breakfast variety. The quality of breakfast is way, way above that you ll get in any Hampton in USA. It's located with walking distance from good restaurants. Short ride from Colonia Americana and City center. I highly recommend it.

first time at this Hotel and really loved it. the location is very convinient, close to every where, the area is nice and has many restaurants around. Room was big enough, bed was very confy, breakfast was very delicious and and has a patio where I ate my meal and was very nice, the table was under an avocado tree which is was so unusual, I even got an avocado and was very tasty. all people in this hotel were so friendly. I will stay here again.
